Email will be used for all communication, not social media or SMS. If speaking over the phone is preferable, the customer is welcome to schedule a conversation at any time to go through information concerning their project.
Unless you have a weekend appointment, working business days are Monday through Friday. Within 24-72 hours, you should receive an email response from the designer regarding your proposal.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTENT
Please keep in mind that, once your order has been placed, further information may be asked from you in order to finish this project. Within 24-48 hours after placing your order, you should receive an email from info@thejaniahk.com. Janiah Slaughter's email will guide you through the following stages in providing text for the project/agreement policy.
PAYMENTS
A form of payment must be made prior to the start of a project. You're good to go if you pay for your project in full. If you start with a deposit, you will only have to make one more payment after the first.
After the final payment is received and the client has accepted all design work, the client will possess all rights to the work generated. Each and every one of the client's
ACT OF GOD
If a legal "Act of God" occurs during your project (for example, a fire, flood, computer/hardware damage, a family death, etc. ), the client will be contacted and new deadlines for the project will be discussed.
SUSPENSION OF PROJECT
If the project isn't a suitable fit, either TheJaniahK Branding or the client can choose to end it at any moment. The client will be notified if either side agrees to end the project.
WEBSITES THAT HAVE BEEN PREMADE FOR YOU
Pre-made websites are non-refundable once purchased. You may not exchange this service for any other service or pre-made once purchased. Once you've been allowed access, you'll be able to modify the banner colors and other things. Because this is a PREMADE SITE, YOU are responsible for setting up your OWN DOMAIN.
Management of social media
There are no refunds for the Social Media Management Service. You are not permitted to trade this service for any other service after it has been purchased. You must provide all the requested information.
Redesigns of Social Media (REVAMPS)
Social Media Revamps are non-refundable once purchased, and you are not permitted to exchange this service for another.
DESIGN OF A LOGO
The Logo Design service is non-refundable and non-transferable once it has been purchased.
ALL SERVICES
Services are non-refundable and cannot be swapped for any other service once purchased!
All clients work will be displayed on website and on social media platforms. You must allow me to advertise and promote the clients work as it is a part of my portfolio. If you do not want to be posted please notify Janiah before the project has begun.
If you have a project that is over one month old and no information has been submitted, Your project remains void and you will have to resubmit a different fee, No exceptions are allowed as my time is valuable and once you submit the payment you were committed to meeting the deadlines and updating the designer (Janiah Slaughter)
MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In our sole discretion, we may alter and update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we post updates, they take effect instantly. You accept and consent to the modifications if you continue to use the Website after the amended Terms of Use are posted. You must periodically check this page for updates so that you are aware of any changes.
